This one-and-a-half-hour asynchronous class offers an immersive exploration into plant-based culinary mastery, specifically tailored for health coaches seeking to enhance their expertise in plant-powered lifestyles. Through the presentation and demonstrations, participants will delve into essential principles, techniques, and strategies for integrating plant-based eating into their coaching practices. From foundational knowledge to practical applications, this course equips health coaches with the tools and confidence to guide their clients toward optimal health and well-being through delicious and sustainable plant-based cooking. The National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches approved this program for 1.5 hours of continued education units—Course Number CEA-000403-1. The program is expected to go live on the 1st of Oct'24.
